In 2009, Jennifer co-founded the company Rent the Runway with her friend Jennifer Fleiss.


Rent the Runway is an online service that allows women to rent designer dresses and accessories for special occasions. The company quickly gained popularity and expanded to include a subscription service for everyday wear. Today, Rent the Runway has more than 11 million members and has raised over $190 million in funding.


As CEO of Rent the Runway, Jennifer has been recognized for her innovative leadership style and her commitment to empowering women. She has been named one of Fortune's "40 Under 40," Fast Company's "Most Creative People in Business," and Forbes' "World's 100 Most Powerful Women."
