Almost giving up on on the page, Brilliant received a DM from someone one day telling him how one of the House of Leaders posts had affected him and stopped him from self-injury. This kept him going, knowing that what he was doing was actually making a difference.

I started House of Leaders back in May 2015 as a personal Instagram page to share my journey as a new and young leader in a company. At first, I just wanted a platform to document my insights and reflections on leadership, but to my surprise, my posts quickly went viral! Within a year, I had a whopping 100,000 followers. Can you believe it?
Now, let me tell you, there were times when I felt like giving up. In the early days, I posted as often as 36 times a day! I even woke up every 30 minutes just to publish new content. I was dedicated, but also a bit crazy. Eventually, I realized that I needed a more sustainable approach, and that's when House of Leaders really started to take off.
Fast forward to today, and House of Leaders has evolved into a thriving online media platform that inspires and nurtures a community of changemakers by curating and sharing thought-provoking content, fostering meaningful connections, and providing resources and tools for personal and professional development. But at its core, House of Leaders is still all about empowering individuals worldwide to unlock their full potential and create a positive impact on the world.
